Helen's Closed By The Board Of Health?

I was walking to the Metropolitan Room from work last night and saw this sign. I heard it was closing but by the Board of Health. An inside source told me that the management at Helen's never paid for permits four times. Hope someone can save the place. I hate hearing about Cabaret rooms closing.
